Product·2017 to now

From the first hires to Director of Product.

My career didn't start with a plan. Nine years at one company, in telecom, is where I learned how to do it properly.

The arc

  1. 2017

    Operations & Sales, founding team

One of the first people in the building. Sales, activations, troubleshooting, whatever the day needed.

  2. 2019

    Head of Troubleshooting

Grew a one-person function into a full department, playbooks and training written from scratch.

  3. 2021

    B2B Operations & Vendor Management

Built the partner channel from nothing into a national reseller network. Launched an LTE home internet product.

  4. 2023

    Product Lead

Crossed from operations into product and implemented an innovation strategy as the development method. Ideas moved through discovery, validation and launch on a repeatable path, instead of going straight to build.

  5. 2026

    Director of Product

Own the portfolio end to end: Mobile, FWA, IoT. Roadmap, pricing, partnerships, and the numbers the exec team decides on.

Principles

How I work.

Hold two things at once.

What the user feels and what the business needs, at the same time.

Culture first. The numbers follow.

Every result I am proud of came from a team that trusted each other.

Build for actual people, not personas.

New York gave me every kind of person, and every way of getting by. That's where the instinct comes from.

The best things are made slowly, with care.

Meals, products, relationships. There's always a better version.
